Logistics is the management of the flow of goods, information and other resources, including energy and people, between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet the requirements of consumers.

Logistics management is that part of the supply chain which plans, implements and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customers' requirements.

A supply chain or logistics network is the system of organizations, people, technology, activities, information and resources involved in moving a product or service from supplier to customer. Supply chain activities transform natural resources, raw materials and components into a finished product that is delivered to the end customer.

In 2001, Pands Group invested in the construction of a big grinding plant, a jetty, and storehouses, all located in Ampur Nakhornluang, Ayutthaya Province, in order to support our business growth. As a way to lessen the cost to compete with other regional countries, we develop our own supply chain by establishing Pands Group Logistics Co., Ltd. in 2004, responsible for the company and clients’ product shipping in one stop service. In 2008, Pands Group and Eternity co-invest in the logistics business to offer clients the best service and to compete with foreign firms. Eternity has helped manage and systemize our logistics network and supply chain. Now we are ready to serve every client’s needs, under ISO 14001-2004 | 9001-2000 certification.

Trucking Pands Group Logistics provides several kinds of trucks suitable for each product’s shipping, with the “tracking system” service which will enable clients to always follow the vehicle’s position to make sure that their products will arrive on time. Moreover, the R.T.S. (Road Transport Safety) system is applied to assure the security on road. Our trucking service is also available in Laos, Cambodia, and Malaysia.

Stevedore Pands Group Logistics is an expertise in transferring every kind of products, such as coal, clinker, mineral products, fertilizer, agricultural products, and consumer products. With a skillful experience, we know how to choose devices or machines to match each job. Every product will be closely taken care of until it reaches the destination.

Barge/Lighter Barges are used for bulk items, as the cost of hauling goods by barge is very low. The goods are shipped in the barge before loading on an ocean liner; on the other hand, the goods will be removed from an ocean liner to the barge, before loading on the jetty, waiting for distribution. The barges or lighters we used are that of the fellow supplier which has a 15-year relationship with us. We have set the standard management system, according to ISO 14001-2004 | 9001-2000. Each year, our water transportation can import and export at least 500,000 tons of such products as coals, minerals, fertilizer, agricultural products, consumer products, and building materials. The hold of our barges ranges from 1,500 to 3,000 tons, altogether 50,000 tons in service.

Jetty Our jetties provide one stop service of product shipping and transferring, with large premises to keep at least 100,000 tons of bulky items before the distribution. As a result, the management of products gets easier and the stock is controllable. Our two jetties are located in Ampur Nakhornluang, Ayutthaya Province, and Ampur Thasala, Nakhornsrithammarat Province. For more details of jetty service, please visit our website.

Warehouse Moreover, Pands Group Logistics provides huge warehouses of 2,000 to 6,000 sq.m., located on jetties’ premises. We also have 24 hours of loading service with labor-saving machines, such as forklifts and wheel loaders.
